​I was hired by Smart Circle to train the sales team for their division, Maven Marketing. Our objective was to sell various TV, cable, and internet services inside big box stores like Costco and Sam's Club. To achieve this, I created an easy-to-follow training program that included a whiteboard book for each salesperson to customize packages for individual customers. I taught the team how to engage with customers, draw a crowd, and keep their attention. Additionally, I would accompany them to the store locations to show them how to sell in person. To generate sales, I organized several events where people could gather around our table to learn about different cable options. Thanks to the effective training and team-building strategies I implemented, Maven Marketing was able to build a successful sales team and sell to large groups of people.
