I was responsible for creating, promoting and creating advertisements for the "I Cell Pizza" program. This program was designed for small pizza operators to sell more pizzas to their existing customer base using SMS and MMS text messaging. I created a system where subscribers were asked a series of questions, such as when they eat pizza, how much pizza they like, and what toppings they prefer. The system even learned when someone preferred pizza on certain days, like when their favorite baseball team was playing.

My job was to generate online sales for small pizza operators. Using the same engine as big pizza brands, the I Cell Pizza program was designed to send text messages to customers on behalf of the pizza company.
For example, a text message might say, "Hey, the Dodgers are playing today. Do you want your usual pepperoni and cheese pizza delivered to your house?" The system would retain their credit card information and generate another sale for the small-time pizza operator.

I also helped small pizza operators increase sales by finding out when their customers got paid. A week before payday, the system would send a text message saying, "Hey, understand payday is not till next week. Would you like to get a pizza today and pay for it next week?" This resulted in a 200% increase in sales for one small pizza operator in Los Angeles.
