As the Senior Marketing Director for Discount Party Store Developers, I was responsible for creating a system that would allow the sales and marketing teams to work together seamlessly. When entrepreneurs purchased a turnkey Party store from us, I ensured that they were contacted by a sales representative who would find out what they wanted to name their business and where they wanted to place it. Our real estate team would then find the best locations based on foot traffic patterns and socio-economic status, and our loan team would secure the necessary funding.
To streamline our marketing efforts, I completely dismantled the existing marketing system and created a new marketing department. I developed a multi-channel approach that included contact email, text messaging, personal phone calls, and written follow-ups. I also created several videos, including testimonial videos featuring new owners' excitement, which we delivered to prospective clients and warm leads as an example of what they could achieve. I revamped the Party Store brochures to look like magazines, featuring successful store owners on the cover every month. People loved these magazine covers so much that they would save them and share them with their friends, generating interest in our turnkey stores. Thanks to the successful email and marketing campaigns I created, more than doubled their conversion rate, selling stores to entrepreneurs looking to get into the Billion Dollar Party Store business.. |
